Yes! It's true! New art has sprung up. And it's from my trip to Tennessee!

There are some radical drawings that I did while I was gone for a week, as you'll see as I continue to update, and some very, VERY noticeable differences in my style, none of which have to do with me drawing while I was drunk. (only one night that happened, and I wasn't really drunk, just really buzzed.)

But yes, there are a few things you'll notice about the drawings, one of them being they're in pen, and second they are drawn on notebook paper. Which is not cool. But, since they were well done (most of them) I reconsidered, and decided that the art must stay, regardless of what paper it's on.

That and I forgot how to treat the paper in Photoshop. xP

Anyhoo, this be the starting of a new week for the Avatar Arena, and I have faithfully applied my wonder Faust-themed avatar. So far it's the most rated cosplay avatar yet! ^_^

But tis only day one. There's some pretty serious competition, especially from a very well done Speed Racer avvy. And let's not forget the rest of the avatars submitted as well. ^_^;;

657 deviations, and well over 200 messages, plus a whole new layout. Things sure do change.

Well, as you're all well aware, I have been vacant from the DA scene for almost 9 weeks now, and I believe it's high time I start to put more effort on getting back into the swing of things. I have a reputation to uphold . . . or at least appear to uphold. ^_^;;;


Normally I would launch into a tyraid of stuff that has kept me from posting anything, or even showing a sign of life, but the list is . . . well, too damn predictable.


I'll list them anyways. XD

In no particular order, that is.

Work, computer, friends, movies, sleep, laziness, drawing, not drawing, eating, music, etc, etc.


Myriad of excuses. XD;

Alas, school will be starting up in a few weeks for me, big ol' Senior year this time, which means I"ll have access to a scanner regularly *finally*, so things will hopefully push me to submit more things. Like. . . I don't know, updated drawings and pictures and whatnot.

So yeah, that's my lame-ass excuse for being away. Yeah. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

For those that have noticed, it's been practically 3 weeks since my last sign in. Yeah, I'm getting lazy. Or perhaps, too busy.

I got a job recently (well, several weeks ago), and I'll say, it's nice having a regular income now. Seriously, it's nice! No longer do I have to save and save and save for months in order to get something worth upwards of $50!

Let's see . . . Oh yeah!

Kelsey and I will be celebrating our 5-month anniversary tomorrow, really excited for that. Spring break starts this Friday, so I'll be spending a lot of time over at her house.

And I've got a few deviations that I'll be putting up shortly, so keep your eyes peeled!
